This 260 page book has chapters such as Historic Homes, Schools, Parks and playgrounds, places or worship, Memorials, burial grounds, late seventeen hundred mile and tavern markers along Bay Road, famous Ames buildings and of course,
the “Fabulous Five,” or the five H.H. Richardson, Ames buildings. Most all photography is current (a handful of vintage images) and in beautiful digital color with digital paintings by Bill MacEntee
