Hello from beautiful and historic Easton! It is a bit chilly today and for those who have already gone south for the winter, you missed out on the heaviest frost of the season this morning!
As I write this, I am waiting for a class to arrive from Roger Williams University, Rhode Island. The class is studying art and architecture and Professor Gail Fenske has made North Easton a part of the curriculum for the past three years.
Thanksgiving is Thursday, and I do want to wish you all a very happy day. I hope you enjoy time with family and friends, good food, and football too!
By the way, today a different type of football game will take place when our Oliver Ames High School boys soccer team plays Concord-Carlyle for the Division 2 State Championship! The game is at 12:30 this afternoon at Fitchburg State University. Congratulations to the OA boys for a terrific season, and let's wish them all the best as they play in the title game for the third time in four years!
