Tuesday Tours at Ten

Hello everyone! This week's Tuesday tour will kick off promptly at 10 a.m. at the Museum. Ed Hands will take us on a learning adventure as we look at the exteriors of Unity Church, the Unity Church Parsonage, Unity Close (built by Oliver Ames, Jr. in 1863), an over -the-fence look at the gardens, and the former Ames Company office building on the corner of Oliver Street and Main Street. We will not be going inside any of the buildings on this tour. It looks like it will be a warm and muggy day, so please dress appropriately. Water will be available at the Museum prior to the tour.

For those wondering about an interior tour of Unity Church, plan on joining us for the Stained Glass Tour scheduled for August 28th.

Several people have inquired about the Langwater tour on September 4th. At this time there are no plans to go inside of the house, we will walk the grounds and see the Langwater house from the drive.

Looking forward to seeing you, Frank
