Greetings from a very fall-like day in Easton! The trees here are actually turning already, with maples showing muted color. Soon there will be color galore!
And what better way to celebrate fall than with our Sunday open house featuring the brilliant watercolor prints of the late Mary Bodio. Below are a few photos to whet your artistic appetite. Thanks to the generosity of the Bodio family, they have made available for purchase prints of Easton Landmarks, Easton Public Schools, Unity Close Gardens, Stonehill College, Brewster, Ma. and Martha's Vineyard. Proceeds will benefit both the Easton Historical Society and Museum and My Brother's Keeper of Easton. The prints will be available for a very reasonable price, so this will be a great opportunity to own a very special piece of history. Remember too that gift-giving is just around the corner, and these prints would be a really special gift for lovers of Easton and lovers of art. We express our thanks to the Bodio family for this most generous opportunity!
Hope to see you Sunday from 1-5 p.m. Until next time, Frank
