Weekly Update

July 7, 2019

A hot and sunny hello to my fellow history lovers!  Lots of sunshine greeted us for a nice stretch of weather this week, and the weekend looks very promising too!  This has been good summer so far, and there have already been a few walk-in visitors to the Museum as people take advantage of the good weather to get out and about.

Speaking of getting out and about, we will start a series of summer walking tours beginning Tuesday, July 9th.  This year the tours will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the show will go on the road to other locations in Easton.  Ed Hands will be our leader.  Below is the schedule, subject to change (but we hope not!).  Meeting places are listed as well for each tour.  If you are not sure of the location, you may meet me at the Museum by 9:15 and we will proceed to the designated site.

Please remember that the weather is hot, bring water, comfortable shoes, etc.  Rain and extreme heat/humidity may cause us to cancel.  If you are not sure about attending, please call the Museum at 508-238-7774.  Reminders will be went out on Mondays as well as any cancellation notices if possible.

I look forward to seeing you over the summer!

Stay cool,

Frank
